MORE INFORMATION ABOUT An Introduction to Breathwork for Emotional Connection
What It Is
This is a gentle, guided breathwork session designed to support a deepening connection to your emotional world.
You’ll be introduced to a conscious breathwork practice that helps you feel with rather than think about your emotions. The breath becomes the bridge—between the mind and body, between what’s conscious and what’s been quietly waiting underneath.
What is Breathwork
Breathwork has been used for thousands of years across cultures as a way to influence the body and mind through conscious breathing. In modern settings, it’s become a simple yet powerful tool for reducing stress, improving focus, and supporting overall well-being.
By shifting how we breathe, we can calm the nervous system, release tension, and access a quieter, more present state of awareness. It’s a natural way to tune into the body and create space for rest, clarity, and reset—without needing to talk, analyse, or push through.
Who is it for?
This session is for anyone curious about breathwork or simply looking for a new way to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
You might be:
- New to the practice and want to explore it in a safe, guided way
- Interested in tools that go beyond talking and thinking
- Looking for a grounded way to reset and recharge
- No experience necessary. Just bring yourself and a bit of curiosity.
About Your Guide
I’m Brian Morrison, and I’ve been working with the breath for almost a decade. I’ve guided hundreds of breathwork sessions and supported over 1,000 people in exploring their inner world through the breath.
My approach is trauma-informed, grounded, and emotionally attuned. I believe safety and trust are the foundation of any transformational work.
What makes my work unique is how I use the breath to help people connect to the emotional patterns that quietly shape their lives. When you build a relationship with your emotions—rather than avoiding, analyzing, or bypassing them—life becomes more honest. More vivid. More yours.
